Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes. The shipping cost for outside the US is about 2x more than US shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?

I'll mail it immediately after you order, so it should arrive to you in about one week (this of course is entirely hinged on the postal service, which I can't control). I try to get tracking on every package whenever it's possible, and I'll give you the tracking number once I mail your package!
